Practitioner Terms of Service

1. Overview

Holistic Health is a directory and client-matching platform for holistic health practitioners. We connect pre-vetted clients — individuals who have completed an AI-guided wellness consultation — with qualified practitioners across a range of specialties.

What We Provide

• Practitioner profile page — Your public listing on our directory
• Qualified client leads — Matched clients with context from their wellness consultation
• Analytics dashboard — Visibility into profile views, lead volume, and engagement
• Expert content features — Opportunities to be featured in articles and wellness guides
• AI search visibility (GEO) — Optimization for AI-powered search and discovery

What We Don't Do

• We do not manage bookings, appointments, or scheduling
• We do not process payments between you and your clients
• We do not provide medical advice or clinical oversight
• We are a lead generation and matching service, not a healthcare provider

3. Subscription & Payment

Pricing

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Holistic Health does not store your credit card information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your profile remains active through the end of your current billing period, then is deactivated.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund. First-time subscribers only.

Refunds

• Beyond the 30-day guarantee, refunds are issued at our discretion.
• Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not prorated unless required by applicable law.

4. Your Profile & Responsibilities

Profile Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on your practitioner profile, including your legal name, professional credentials, license/certification numbers, practice location(s), specialties, and a professional photo. You are responsible for keeping your profile updated.

Credential Requirements

• You must hold valid, active credentials for the specialties you list.
• If your license or certification is suspended, revoked, or expires, you must notify us within 7 days.
• We reserve the right to request verification of credentials at any time.
• Misrepresentation of credentials is grounds for immediate termination.

Professional Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and professional ethical standards, treat referred clients with the same standard of care as any other client, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and not use the platform for deceptive practices or non-health-related promotions.

5. Client Matching & Leads

How It Works

1. Clients complete an AI-guided wellness consultation on our platform
2. Based on their needs, we match them with relevant practitioners
3. You receive lead notifications with context about their wellness goals (no PHI)
4. You connect with the client directly

No Guarantees

Holistic Health does not guarantee any specific volume of client leads, referrals, or revenue. Lead volume depends on your specialty, location, profile completeness, and client demand.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By posting content, you grant Holistic Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform — including your profile listing, featured expert content, marketing materials, and AI search optimization.

We may invite you to contribute to wellness articles and guides. You will be credited and may review content before publication.

7. HIPAA & Data Security

Holistic Health operates on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Client matching data shared with practitioners does not include protected health information (PHI). If you receive any information that could constitute PHI, you agree to handle it in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws. You are independently responsible for your own HIPAA compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Holistic Health is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by practitioners. We are not a party to any practitioner-client relationship.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holistic Health from any claims arising from your services, violations of these terms, or content you submit.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, credential misrepresentation, substantiated complaints, or activity that harms the Platform. We will provide notice except in cases of fraud or immediate risk.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
